payment & pricing
by paying an invoice, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
Full payment upfront.
You will not be issued a refund if you decide to cancel the commission.
You will get a full refund if I cannot complete your commission.
I reserve the right to alter my prices depending on the complexity of a commission.
I will not work without clear image references. text references will result in a design fee.
progress updates & edits
I generally only respond to messages Monday through Friday.
I will provide you with progress updates unless you request otherwise. I will always provide a rough sketch that must be approved before I will continue working.
I am open to making 2 major edits during the sketch phase and 1 major edit during the coloring phase. additional edits will result in a fee.
mistakes on my part (eg. wrong eye color) do not count as edits; however, if your references aren't clear (eg. mood boards, collages), fixes will count as edits.
I will notify you in advance of any additional charges and will wait for approval before moving on with edits.
general
Personal use: can be used as social media profile pictures, twitter headers, personal discord, printed for self, etc.
Commercial use: for profit or promotional purposes for brand/image, such as twitch overlays, banners, emotes, etc.
Non-commercial use only unless otherwise discussed. You may not resell or profit from a commissioned work.
Do not edit my artwork without permission.
Please do not remove my signature, miscredit, or claim credit. Please properly credit me if the commissioned work is used on social media, discord, twitch, etc.
I reserve the right to post a commissioned work on other sites, such as my portfolio/galleries and social media.
I may livestream my commission work or upload progress images to my socials; if your commission is a gift or private, please let me know when you order.
I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
commissioned works may not be used for AI learning or minted as NFTs.
designs
You are allowed to resell a design for less than or equal to the price you initially paid.
Please do not profit from a resold design.
If you resell or trade away a design, please contact me with the new owner's contact information.
You may edit the design; however, please do not claim credit or miscredit for the art or original design.
